About Our Firm Jones, Galligan, Key & Lozano, L.L.P, is a law firm located in the Lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Most of our lawyers and staff were born and raised here in the Valley ; all have strong roots in their communities, where they serve and support numerous civic and charitable organizations and community services. Forrest L. Jones ( 1939-2007 ) and Robert L. Galligan began their association in the practice of law in 1975 and formed the present law firm in 1984. Attorneys of JGKL practice on all judicial levels of Texas state courts, including state trial courts, appellate courts, and the Texas Supreme Court. Our experience also includes federal trial practice in the Southern District of Texas, Northern District of Texas, Western District of Texas, and Eastern District of Texas, as well as appellate practice in the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
