awful comany by juliachu1001 on 2/17/2020 awful comany/customer service.I purchased thir bathroom vanity from Home Depot on Jan 16 2020...had it installed a few days later & discovered there is a crack at the bottom of the sink.I emailed the comany's customer service..Mr Moe replied me saying he needs to see the receipt(which is already attached to the email I sent!)...I sent the receipt again to Mr Moe ...a few days later Mr Moe replied me saying he needs my address and name...I replied with required information...a few days later Mr Moe replied me saying he couldnt see the receipt clearly and wants me to re-send a bigger picture of it...of couse i resend a bigger pic again...today is Feb 17, i am still waiting for them to this issue.IN ADDITION, any re-installation fee my contractor will charge me($500)...will be lost due to their bad product. they would not do any price adjustment on the product.I have contacted the management...they just either play game or ignore me. I will never buy their product or waist me time talking to them again.
