awesome workout I've been going to ilovekickboxing since the spring and I know for a fact that I'll be signing up for another year when the time comes. I see a noticeable change in my energy and mood when I stay consistent which is easy to do when the instructors are so supportive. No other work out has left me wanting more. Posted: 12/19/2016
