5 Star ILK ILK is a great way to get fit! The ILK family is so supportive and encouraging. The facility is super clean! The instructors help with technique and make sure that you are getting your moneys worth! People who come have all different fitness backgrounds so if you never have worked out a day in your life you will still live!
