HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! I needed about a dozen trees and shrubs removed from my front yard and Michael was able to come out and meet the same day I sent out an estimate request. He provided the quote on the spot and sent me a copy of his liability info immediately. Automatic reminder of the appointment was helpful. They don't start charging you until they arrive and stop when they leave. Most movers start charging you when they leave their location and charge you for travel time.
