ilk I love kickboxing. I have been going for a few months now and I must say this is the only time I've actually enjoyed working out as an adult. It's fun so it doesn't feel like I'm being punished! lol! The instructors are great and teach with their own personal touch but everything between them is cohesive. Their excitement is infectious.
