Had a semi-urgent situation with my heating thermostat, and had Richard at my home fairly quickly. He was very courteous, fast and fixed the existing one. There was time for him to install two pendant light fixtures as well. He explained everything to me, cleaned up, and honored all of the Covid19 mandates. I'll schedule time to do some additional work in the near future.

Our air conditioner wasn't cooling and he seemed to know just what to look for. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and our air conditioner was back up and running. We appreciated that Willard went out of his way to check on our air conditioner, when he could have just scheduled us in for another day. He commented that they were trying to fit people in during the heatwave. We appreciate your care for your customers! We highly recommend them!

Today, Willard and his crew came right on the dot at the start of the 30 minute appointment window with masks on. They took care of the work quickly, efficiently and walked me through every component of the repair they completed when they were through to demonstrate that everything was in working order.

Stellar service from start to finish! I submitted an inquiry for the work via email and got a reply from Vinnie's Electric Inc in less than an hour. It was super easy to schedule an appointment via email, and then I got both a confirmation email and a text that the work order was created.
