Awesome workouts, awesome people I went in to ILKB Boynton Beach without any kickboxing experience. As soon as I walked in, the staff/coaches were extremely friendly and welcoming. They treat you like family. It is a great environment. The workouts are great and challenging. The coaches motivate and push you. The energy in the gym is great. After the first class, I was hooked....borderline addicted. I've only been a member a week, but it's the best decision I have made. Can't wait meet all my fitness goals. Posted: 8/7/2018
