They explained clearly They came in to fix bamboo flooring in our floor, left by our builders, and they were super friendly and professional and efficient. Not only did they take care of the one ripple for which their gave their initial estimate, but they also took care of 3 other trouble spots they noticed, all for their original quote. They explained clearly what their were doing, and is highly knowledgeable- an expert in the field. I would call Factory Direct Floor again and absolutely recommend them to anyone....
