Don't Go Dr. Mund Office My complaint is with the "office manager" and his lack of professionalism. I had to wait over 2 months for my permanent crown. Was called 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment for cancellation because of my crown wasn't in. Ok. I had to keep rescheduling and what not. Finally, after the ordeal, I reached out to the manager for answers. 3 days later, he called me back. Every other word that she spoke was 'um' and tried to tell me he couldn't send me my xray...
