I recommend them without hesitation I called Jay in the am. My battery had been stolen and most of the connections were damaged in the theft. I had a friend let me borrow a battery and get me there. Jay remembered me as a customer and also knew the make and model of my car. I told him of my predicament and without hesitation told me to bring my car in that afternoon.
