Extremely knowledgeable
Need new flooring and saw countless TV commercials. We decided to have Factory Direct Floor. They are extremely knowledgeable about the flooring we asked for. They are extremely thorough, making sure that all areas of the project would be taken into account. That was one of the reasons, among others, we chose this company.
