best wirkout ever! I absolutely love ILKB. I have tried crossfit and orange theory and other gyms. All of which I have burned out on or dreaded going so much that I had to force myself to go even 2 times a week (which is usually all I could afford because those are so expensive!) Yes ILKB is a flat rate fee but it is UNLIMITED and I love that I pay a cheaper rate than any other gym and I can go as often as I want.
