good service
Had a part I tried to install on my car by myself and could not complete the job. Went to Pep Boys with the part and they said I was at the back of the line and they would probably get to it the next day (Sunday).
I walked home and by the time I get home they call and say it is ready to pick up. Turns out the other cars ahead of me were waiting on parts but since I had brought my own part in with the car they got me in and out.
Very happy with that even though I had to walk home....

Prefer lowes
They once sold me a used item for full price. When I noticed it was used at home I called and the manager told me tough luck. I complained to corporate and sent photos showing it was clearly used and repackaged. Corporate refunded the purchase price and made the manager call me to apologize. He obviously did not like that and gave me some crap about it over the phone. Another call to corporate and I got a gift card sent which I used at a different location. Very nice doctor
Went in first thing in the morning on a day off with no appointment. They gave me some paperwork to fill out and said there was an appointment already booked ahead of me so I would have to be on standby. Ok with me. Well a couple minutes later and the other person is late so they took me in for the exam and got me through very quickly.

dirty
Was nice about 15 tears ago. No full of ghetto trash. run down and nasty. People yelling across the place like it is bingo night. All the baby mamas in there for all you can eat "skrimps"

Very dirty store.
Very dirty store. Only go there once in a while to see what is on sale. They have digital coupons but it seems too hard to get them. Have to have a Kroger card for the discounts. Stuff always leaking on the floor.
