Horrible experience Landlord priced all inclusive property and told me what a great deal it was and how it would save money. They then repeatedly charged overages. I asked how many other tenants had overages, and they said most do??? I lived alone in the rental, had not pets (not permitted), use little electronics, work away from home during the day, and I was almost always charged overages.
