Awful experience Didn't show for 1st appointmen, then 1/2 hour late for next appointmen. No apologies because this is just normal business for a Bad Businessman.Then he is at my house for 15 minutes Charged $160, doesn't clean the chimney well, doesn't go on the roof to get the top half of chimney clean.
