Bad Service My wife purchased an artist-signed turquoise pendant from this store which cost over $500. Once we got home, we subsequently noticed that the pendant was crooked. Unfortunately, when we returned to the store a year later, (we live 4 states away), the store clerk, Gwen, refused to let us have any type of store credit, refund or any type of consideration whatsoever.
