this is what you are looking for I have been coming to the falls church location since it open and it was the best decision I ever made! I was really bad at working out by myself but now I go 3 times per week for a great full body workout! The classes are dinamic,full of energy and leave you wanting more. The stuff is always friendly and is always there to help you with anything you may need. Everyone is very nice and happy inside this place.
