Have fun while you workout! This gym will give you amazing results! Its a full body workout but most of all its fun! The staff knows you as an individual and keeps you motivated and accountable. The workouts are challenging and include a warm up, bag work, partner work and stretching with energetic music. At my first class I was worried it would be too difficult but found that it really is great for all fitness levels and there is no judgment just encouragement.
