BE WARNED!!!
This "lawyer" promised us the world when hiring him, but immediately showed his lacking of intent. We considered firing him, several times. We would send over paperwork, follow his instructions, then be told to do something completely different. He would make promises only to find out months later he had not only not filed paperwork (that I had to get signed because he refused to attempt any locating of the other party) but had lost the paperwork entirely.
