5 star experience I was a little hesitant to start kickboxing because it seemed out of my league and I have some back issues. However, I was shocked, in a GOOD way. ILK Old Bridge is clean, friendly, and they HELP you modify so you don't feel like you're dying, yet still push you to get a great workout! I'm officially addicted and ADORE my trainers Siham and Sonya. I will pretty much do anything they say now because I trust them wholeheartedly! Would recommend to anyone at ANY level! A Total 5...
