ILKB Lake Grove The ILKB instructors are truly dedicated to motivating you towards your goals and creating a really great atmosphere. In the past, no matter which gym or program I tried, I had always given up after just a few weeks. I have been with ILKB now for 2 months and have no intentions of stopping.
