Get Fit! The name says it all! I LOVE KICKBOXING!! I joined the Pasadena ILKB classes because I was on a mission to lose weight for a wedding I was going to attend in Chicago. I had 2 1/2 months and I'm happy to say I lost 10 lbs and several inches. To date I have lost a total of 18lbs.
