Horrible Customer Service I ordered buttons from this place over the phone. I get an email a few days later saying my order is ready for pick up the only problem is this place is in Chicago and I’m in Raleigh,NC granted at the time I didn’t now this place was in Chicago or a franchise I was just looking online to order buttons and found this place so call to tell them that this order should be mailed out and they say well you’ll have to pay 20 for mailing but I disagreed why should I have to pay for your business mis...
