Second home First off, the staff/coaches are amazing! They make you feel right at home, encourage you to push yourself, and help you reach your goals! The building is nice, spacious, and stocked with punching bags ready to handle your heat! They also have locker rooms, and they provide toiletries. The most important thing for me, was that I feel comfortable in the environment, I have anxiety, and this place feels like my second home! Always ready to grab my gloves after work! Posted: 1/30/2019
