Beginner Friendly! I didnt know anything about kickboxing when I started but the instructors were very friendly and took the time to walk me through the different moves and combos. They were very supportive and the class was tough but a lot of fun. If you're holding yourself back out of fear of being confused, dont! They make starting out easy! Totally worth trying it out!!
