Incredible Workouts! I highly recommend ILoveKickboxing! The staff is super awesome, positive, and really encouraging. This workout is both mentally and physically challenging, and that’s what I’ve been looking for, as well as, learning a new skill. They play upbeat music that is perfect to train to.
