No enforcement of customers wearing masks during coronavirus. We are long time and loyal Butera (Grayslake) customers, but were surprised this evening when a customer was not wearing a mask in the store and when we asked her to put one on she said it was it the car and she didn't want to bother. There was a second customer who didn't have a mask either. All your employees and all other customers were wearing masks and respecting each other's safety. Apparently, it is store policy not to enforce the mask policy. This is simply wrong.... Posted: 5/31/2020
