Please Read - this is a REAL Review. I have had issues with the unit every single year. I have spoken directly with I bought my house 2.5 years ago new construction with Sharp Residential. This is a high-end neighborhood with my house valued around 600k. Everything is great with the home with the exception of the upstairs heating and air conditioning unit.
