I love this place! I cannot say enough awesome things about iLoveKickboxing-Cypress. The instructors are all very encouraging, motivating and push you to do more than you think you can do. It is a very fun, uplifting environment. It has been by far the most challenging workouts I have done, but I am addicted now and hate it if I have to miss a day!
