At Fredericksburg Doula Services I will walk along side you through pregnancy, labor, birth and the early days and weeks of parenthood. I can help with car seat safety, comfort and nutrition as you grow your baby, comfort and relaxation during labor. Once baby is here I can help you with feeding (bottle or breast), swaddling, burping, bathing, getting baby to sleep and even geting you some good sleep too. I believe in attachment parenting and feel a babies cries are communication and need to be responded to with love, food and cuddles.
