Advanced Care Chiropractic and Wellness Center

Dr. Tyson majored in Health Sciences and minored in Exercise Physiology in his undergraduate studies at Bridgewater University. After graduation he headed to Atlanta to attend Life University where he received his degree with an emphasis in Clinical Spinal Biomechanics. Dr. Tyson is board certified in physiotherapy and he is a diplomat of both the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the Virginia Board of Medicine Department of Health Professionals.
