The food truck was such a success that the owner decided to start building more and more seating and eventually closing it in to accommodate guests through the winter season. JJs is owned by Lew & Kendra Hamilton and named after their children Jacob & Jessica. The family also operates the restaurant with the help of their extended family and friends.JJs Meat Shak is open 7 days a week with daily and weekend specials that include favorites other than barbecue, such as seafood platters, specialty burgers, wood-fired pizzas, and down- home country classics.
