First Command Financial Advisor - Tierra Diouf

Tierra Diouf joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in October 2025, following a 10-year career in the United States Navy, where she attained the rank of E-6. Tierra understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away.

Tierra has a bachelor's degree in finance from Southern New Hampshire University and an associate's degree in political science from Florida State College at Jacksonville. She holds Series S6, S63, and S65 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in CA, FL, NC, NY, and VA.

Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Tierra serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. Her thorough knowledge of military pay and benefits enables her to advise clients on how to navigate the Blended Retirement System, properly allocate their contributions to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), and take full advantage of other benefits. Tierra will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.

In her free time, Tierra enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, and spending time with family.
