Eyebrows with Michelle great! Haircut with Jessica S. AWFUL!!! Not only did she run Late after already calling to set my appointment back but the haircut was terrible! it is way too short and just a poor style (no layers/angles nothing)…

I always have such a relaxing experience here. Mondays are the best because it's super quiet. I pretty much had the place to myself and my stylist was amazing.

As usual, Caitlin is the best! Always a great head, neck, and hand massage - oh so important! And a great haircut!! I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived.

Kenny gives the best massage. I will ask for him the next time (and yes, there will be a next time) I am able to get a massage. Hopefully, that will be sooner rather than later.

My designer, Kim, was excellent. She understood the special needs of my curly hair and my desire to wear it at times straight and others curly. She listen to my concerns and the resulting cut is just fabulous!

Always a great experience and great haircut. The front desk actually informed me I have a gift certificate from 2012 which I can still use. That's amazing service.
