Sonya brings more than 19 years of real estate and business experience to NextHome Right Choice in Roanoke. She began selling real estate full-time in 2002 after she moved to Roanoke, where her real estate career blossomed.

She is also knowledgeable about investment property, new construction, and commercial real estate.

Sonya holds her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and serves on the Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS’ Governmental Affairs Committee. She volunteers to cook for the Social Club at Christ Episcopal Church and is passionate about fundraising for lung cancer research.
