Carlos started is career at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in 2003, then worked at Chantilly Family Practice Center and James Werner family Medicine with focus on management of chronic and acute medical condition, emphasis on preventive education. I am devoted to healthy triad of wellness, prevention and quality care based on sound evidence. We believe in holistic model of practice.
