Zero customer service! by Pam on 1/15/2024

I have given Staples in Rutland, VT a lot of business over the years, including computers, printers, phones and numerous office supplies. They used to have excellent customer service, but no more. I went in there today to get a few things, to return something I got on their web site and hopefully to get something similar that worked. Unfortunately, there was no one around to help. The person at the print/copy desk informed me that they don't have a customer service department and I would have to take my return to the cashier. There was only one cashier up front and she was in training. There was no one nearby to help her and she had to call someone to help her with the return. I told them this would most likely be the last time I shop at that store. There is no excuse for them to treat not only a customer, but a new employee. Bye bye, Staples! Best Buy will be getting my business from now on.
