First Command Financial Advisor - Kelley Conley, RICP

Kelley Conley joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in August 2022. She is excited about the opportunity to help people make the smart financial decisions that are essential to long-term financial security.

A graduate of University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Criminology, Kelley holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Washington.

Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Kelley serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. She advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Kelley will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.

In her free time, Kelley enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with family.
