had leak in one window, not related to install workmanship- Install crew returned promptly the next day. Owner Randy came by during install and during follow up visit. Appreciate the promptness and follow up

Our door has two significant scratches-we had asked for the inside of the door to be primed but not painted. It was painted the same color as the outside.

I was a little disappointed by the amount of damage to our wood siding. It was repaired with power nails and glue but it would have been better to use less force and more care in the removal of old windows
