Apple has provided the absolute worst buying experience I have ever had. The I Pad did not connect to my work server as promised, tech service is not available when you need it. Trying to return the devise was next to impossible.

I was not impressed with the customer service at the Apple Store in Bellevue. They gave me some bad advice concerning my itrip and ipod and I had to make multiple runs to the store to finally get it fixed.
