Friendly, responsive and professional. Have handled various insurance issues while traveling in the USA. The local agent there, John treated me as if I was family. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Very happy with all of his services.

Reasonable rates. Easy claims process (about a 1 page document to file) which is very important. Not too much fine print to read. After a few fender benders, you just collect your money, no problem. Decent speed of payment.
