When the service rep got here and saw that it would take two people to wrestle the equipment down the stairs without scratching up the walls, a second rep was on-site within 30 minutes! They ran the snake twice to make sure it was all cleared out, cleaned up after themselves, and were gone within Secure Plumbing And Heating Services

Stellar Job by Stephanie C. Smith on 2/26/2022 Needed work on tub/shower faucet that wasn't property diverting all the water to the showerhead. Plumber was scheduled to arrive between 1 to 2pm and arrived at 1:00pm. He wore a mask and donned gloves at my request. He took less than 5 minutes to analyze the job then went to work when I okayed the estimate. Work was quickly completed to my satisfaction. Can't get much better than that.
