He was punctual and approachable as he was restoring my Cooktop was not igniting. He gave me tips on maintaining my appliance in good shape and, the service rate was reasonable. It was above and beyond the call of duty.

The technician was very expert in repairing my appliance, and courteously gave me a few tips on how to take care of it on my own. I am happy that he was able to finish it in an hour.
