End-of-ski-day destination by Anna C via Insider Pages on 7/25/2008 Ixtapa is our traditional stop after a ski day at Stevens Pass. Nothing beats good Mexican food and cold beer after a long day on the mountain. The food is always fresh and tasty, but don't expect quick service.
