Equity Property Builders began in 2018 on beautiful Whidbey Island, Washington. William (Bill) Craven II brings over 40 years of experience in the residential construction business working as a small business owner. Recently Bill started this new venture with family in order to pass on a lasting legacy in the construction industry. Having the ability to work side-by-side with family and do construction is a dream come true. Bill loves construction and couldn't imagine doing anything different. Equity Property Builders focuses on home makeovers and remodels as we build relationships and a reputation in Island County. We look forward to building something beautiful for you
