Since 2003, Ivan's Assembly Services (IAS) specializes installing tangless and tanged strip feed screw thread inserts and manual positioning inserts into assemblies for components used in aircraft, medical equipment, lighting, HVAC, electronics, and mechanical systems applications. IAS uses a combination of a pneumatic power tool and threaded mandrel system to ensure accuracy and precision, eliminating the possibility of cross threading or jamming of the insert during installation. This ensures a precise assembly, each and every time.
