here is a lovely email that i recieved from this company for filing a formal complaint with them and stating my reviews here and fb...
"You made choices that had prices on them when you selected them. Again, the advertised exam (with the vet) WAS free!!! PERIOD!! You made other informed choices that had corresponding fees. Now you're being a liar! No one stole your money! You spent your money. Keep up with the mouth and the untrue unfair comments that you've been making as proved by this email thread, and the next comments from us will by from our legal team dragging your ass into court for slanderous comments posted here and elsewhere online.
