Excellent service was provided to me. The staff was accommodating, and efficient. I never had to speak to an automated phone line.

This shop is like taking your car to a skilled family member who knows its history and you trust to keep it in great shape. The office "managers" even know the business well enough to give sound advice about car care as well.

At oil changes they also check fluids, brake wear, tire pressure, etc. So I basically don't have to worry about my car between oil changes unless it starts doing something weird.
