Completely smashed my iPhone 4S screen. They not only took the time to carefully replace my screen but took my phone in without an appointment and waived the "rush" fee!!! It was a thoroughly enjoyable repair from beginning to end!

It is a good place ONLY if you are willing to pay $300 in repair for something that would probably cost $100 somewhere else. Also the best place in Seattle to get your devices repaired by local high schoolers.
